Nothing Sport legal

Privacy Policy

Effective 4 September 2026

This policy explains, in general terms, how Nothing Sport handles information when you use the app. It is intended as practical boilerplate and may be updated as the service develops.

Information we handle

How we use it

We use information to personalise your feed, sync your settings, deliver reminders, operate participation and chat features, protect the service, investigate problems and improve Nothing Sport.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure or deliver the app, including account, database, deployment and notification providers. We do not sell personal information. Public contributions are shared only where the feature makes that clear. Feedback entered in Settings is placed in an SMS draft and is not shared until you press Send in Messages.

Storage and retention

Some preferences remain only on your device. Signed-in data may be stored on our hosted systems so it can follow you across devices. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the feature, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your choices and requests

You can change many preferences in Settings, withdraw notification permission through your device, and stop using public or chat features. To ask what information is held, correct it, or request deletion, send an SMS to 0437 041 326. We may need to verify the account or device connected to the request.

Children

Nothing Sport is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where required.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
